CLUB 60 ( SENIOR CITIZEN HOMES)
Club 60 is a residential project proposed by Sri Sai Seva Trust for an active and productive living for the senior citizens. The proposed project will be located mid-way BBSR-Puri NH near to Dasiabhakta Pitha in Baligaon. This project will offer opportunities to senior citizens to lead an active life both mentally and physically.
Our retirement community is here to break the boredom associated with old age homes. Pursue gardening, teach NGO kids, go on trips, sing, dance! We make it all possible for you.
Various types of farming activities will be carried out such as dairy farming, horticulture, floriculture, mushroom farming and vermicomposting. The activities will be conducted inside the premises by farmers with your ideas for its implementation.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
- Project will be on 10acres land with heavy plantations through orchards to make it lush green. 70% of the area wil be filled with greenery.
- Total accommodation will be G+3 floors and each floor will be 17000sqft
- The number of rooms will be around 100 to accommodate 200 members. The rooms will be fully furnished along with attached toilets and balcony. Each room will be 700sqft.
- Community Kitchen with common dining hall and provision of nutritious and healthy food.
- Sai Baba Temple and meditation pyramid with a sitting capacity of 100 members at time
